Our Terms and Conditions for Photobooth Purchases

Luxe 360 Photo booths Warranty Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Luxe 360 Photo booths. Please carefully read and review the following terms and conditions which are our full terms and conditions which apply when you purchase with us, which govern the warranty coverage for our photo booths:

1. Warranty Coverage:

Luxe 360 warrants that our photo booths are free from manufacturer defects, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. This warranty extends for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase and 2 years on certain other photo booths.

2. Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover malicious damage, loss or theft, accidental damage, neglect, improper servicing, use of non-authorised parts, incorrect storage or incorrect assembly of the photo booth.

The warranty does not cover if the machine is not assembled correctly or damaged during assembling it and as per our instruction videos/guides/advise. This includes if the machine is scratched/chipped or marked during you setting it up.

If you ask us for custom specific set up videos - there maybe a wait for these and you must wait before setting up the item- any damage from attempting to set up the item without following our tutorial videos will not be covered by the warranty and you will be liable to pay for replacement parts.

If you lose any screws/components/parts this is not covered under the warranty as this is loss. A surcharge for replacement parts will occur.

All orders for enclosures are custom made so may have slight black weld/oil residue on rare occasion which strengthen the metal/components and in all instances are covered by cloth over the bars dependent on the photo booth enclosure- this is purely cosmetic and not a defect and not covered under warranty.

Scratches/cracks/dints made by pushing/forcing units excessively causing dint/fracture to components or using drills/screwdrivers not advised in our instructions is not covered.

Wear and tear of the photo booth, flight case and any components is not covered.

The warranty does not cover damage(s) caused in transit.

3. Warranty Conditions:

All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Luxe 360 and are subject to review and approval by our team and external underwriters of our insurers, the underwriters decision and our decision is final.

To maintain warranty coverage, it is imperative to adhere to the provided guidelines and instructions for setup, maintenance, and servicing of the photo booth.

Any alterations or modifications to the photo booth must be pre-approved by Luxe 360. Return postage for Warranty Claims is the responsibility of the purchaser.

All machines are photographed, tested and have videos recorded of them packed and tested before dispatch to prevent fraud and ensure quality checks have been done.

During the sales process- we will contact you to check any logos are right and correct, if any revisions are needed you can let us know.

If you fail to properly check the logo and only notify us after receipt of the goods that the logos are wrong, this falls as an error on your part and we hold no liability.

During the warranty investigation process or for courier damage investigations- we may require detailed videos and photos - if you fail to provide these your warranty will be voided and we will not be liable to replace any units if you fail to comply.

4. Manufacturer Information, Where your item maybe shipped from & how it works with our Fulfillment Agent:

Luxe360 is a small family-owned business based in the UK.

We take pride in manufacturing our photo booths in Hong Kong with our production centre and ensuring CE certification and quality checks in the UK but are 100%. transparent even on our advert page that all components are not 100% from the UK as this is logistically impossible, however all components are tested ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

Please note that due to storage limitations, we may ship our products to fulfilment centres globally, including eBay and Amazon.

While your item may come from one of our fulfilment centres globally and not from the UK, rest assured it is clearly marked to customs and the UK authorities as CE Certificate and stored by our fulfilment agents at their fulfilment spaces across the globe and contains Luxe 360 Booth paperwork inside along with a declaration.

We are 100% transparent that some components or parts may be sourced from abroad to maintain the best quality and functionality of our photo booths.

We use a third party fulfilment agent to ship goods- meaning that their contract is with us and in certain shipping scenarios all tracking updates will be provided by us due to the logistics agreement we have in place.

Batteries are a prohibited item to be shipped and not included in the purchase neither are power banks.

No Photo Booths include cameras or printers unless specified by us.

No refund or exchanges will be made if you do not read the above term properly.

5. Shipping Information:

We strive to produce each Photo booth within 72 hours and aim to have it shipped to you within a further 72 hours. However, during busy periods and bank holidays, there may be delays which we will communicate to you promptly.

If any components or the unit is damage by DHL/our fulfilment agent such as the flight case are heavily damaged (not just cosmetic damage from transit to the flight case such as light scratches or chips) we will put in a claim

6. Returns and Refunds:

We do not accept returns once a photo booth is manufactured as all orders are custom made from scratch with custom logos and with a custom logo it is unsellable to someone else making it a custom product.

Any returns or warranty claim postage is at the buyer's cost to our fulfilment centres and a return must be authorised by us first to provide the address. You must not return the unit to our UK office and all goods must be returned to our Hong Kong production centre.

Refunds will only be issued in the instance of a technical manufacturer defect issue with the photo booth preventing it from functioning correctly. Any other refund requests will be considered individually at our discretion.

6a Courier Damages

We photograph and video all units before dispatch for fraud purposes. All units are quality tested and video tested are saved as well alongside photos.

Any fraudalent claims of damage will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities and legal action maybe taken.

Any damages with the courier will be raised on the courier's insurance and you must allow them the due time to investigate. If any instance the courier does not agree the damage occurred in transit, their decision is final and you will need to claim on your photo booth insurance or take civil action against the courier.

We are unable to re-send out any damaged components unless the courier takes liability.

7. iPads, Batteries and Computers:

Unless specified otherwise, iPads, Recording Devices, Batteries for remotes or computers are not included with the photo booths purchases and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  1. Delivery Damages- any damages to products, components or accessories must be reported in 48 hour to the business or will not be accepted and we will not be liable.

    9- Proof of Trademark on Photo Booths and CE Certification.

    In accordance with our commitment to ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of our brand representation, we reserve the right to prominently display our CE certificate and trademark on our website. This measure is essential to distinguish our products and services from those of similarly named companies and to safeguard against potential instances of fraud or unauthorised alteration of our documents. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we prioritise the integrity and credibility of our brand and are happy to provide these on request after purchase.

    10- Booking in events before having the photo booth. We advise to not book in events before purchasing the photo booth as whilst we aim to have the machine made ASAP we cannot guarantee what can occur in the economic or financial climate that can effect logistics like COVID 19 did. We are not liable for any losses suffered.

    11- Logistics Handling- whilst we can provide ETAs of delivery we are not liable for any losses or to refund while an item is in transit as we are unable to stop/control logistics matters which can be effected by socio-economic climates across the globe. We will update you as soon as we have updates from our fulfillment/storage logistic partners.

    1. Weights, dimensions and vehicle fitting. We list all weights and dimensions of photo booths in flight cases in the listings and therefore it is your responsibility to check it fits your vehicle and your able to lift it by yourself or with your team- if you aren't this is not a valid reason for return and a return will not be given as the product is customised. You can buy mobility ramps to help wheel the photo booths in.

General Provisions:

By purchasing a photo booth from Luxe360, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. This document constitutes the entire agreement between Luxe360 and the purchaser regarding the warranty coverage for our photobooths.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
